Two-Day Health Workshop with Friends of Health and Justice
A two-day workshop was held on 24–25 November with 21 participants, covering key health topics such as BP and sugar management, nutrition, digestive health, mental well-being, exercise, and menopause. Women took part in body-mapping, breathing exercises, and simple routines for knee pain, gas relief, and backache. They also learned how to measure sugar levels, and received health kits at the end.
Participants shared that the workshop was practical and easy to follow. Many said they would adopt healthier habits and share the knowledge with other women in their communities. Empowered and informed women help build healthier, stronger communities.
