Placement Coordinator Deadline: May 15, 2026 Location: Kangra and Chamba Jagori Rural is looking for a qualified person that engages with individuals, primarily women and girls, as well as local communities in low-income conditions to help develop the skills and confidence needed to improve their socio-economic situation, and to overcome social barriers. The Placement Coordinator will play a key role in helping these youth transition successfully from education/training to employment, entrepreneurship, or community service opportunities, namely within technical fields such as sanitation, electricity, climate and disaster protection. The role involves guidance, skills development, mentorship and practical support.

Community Workers (Mobiliser) Deadline: May 15, 2026 Location: Kangra Community Worker (Mobiliser) provides direct assistance to rural communities. This role involves traveling to villages, listening to community concerns, and helping individuals and families navigate everyday challenges related to livelihood, wellbeing, education, government schemes, and social welfare. As a community worker you will be engaged in community activities and enhance social cohesion in the communities served.
District Coordinator (Health Education) Deadline: May 15, 2026 Location: Kangra The District Coordinator (Health Education) leads and implements project activities in Kangra, ensuring effective coordination, community engagement and collaboration with government and civil society. The coordinator shall contribute to the objective of enhancing individual, group and community resilience across all ages, genders and other social divides. The person will work with entitled marginalised rural communities in a multi professional team.
Care Documentation & Community Outreach Assistant Deadline: May 15, 2026 Location: Kangra The assistant to an Elderly Wellness Centre plays a crucial coordinating role by maintaining accurate and confidential treatment documentation, preparing clear reports for medical and administrative use, and ensuring that all relevant medical information is collected and updated for each resident. The position also supports the centre’s community-outreach activities by helping organize events, maintaining communication with families and local partners, and ensuring smooth information flow between staff, caregivers, and service providers.
