From Our Himalayan Soil to Your Soul

Jagori Green Basket, an initiative of Jagori Rural, collaborated with Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala for their farm-to-table experience, “From Our Himalayan Soil to Your Soul.” The event marked the beginning of this collaboration. Organic grains, seasonal vegetables and other locally sourced products supplied through Jagori Green Basket were featured as part of the curated experience. The idea is simple — to create reliable market linkages for local produce and encourage institutions to adopt more responsible and regionally rooted sourcing practices. Such partnerships help strengthen local value chains and make sustainable choices more visible within mainstream hospitality spaces. We see this as a steady step forward and look forward to taking the collaboration ahead.
